Gail is Vice-President of EuroScience and member of the EuroScience Governing Board.

Already from 2006–2012 she was Vice President of Euroscience, in 2012 she sat on the Canadian Foundation for Innovation Multidisciplinary Assessment, and she was Vice-Chair for the ESOF 2016 Programme Committee.
