European Young Researchers Award – EYRA

The European Young Researchers’ Award (EYRA), will take place during ESOF2022 in Leiden, on July 15th 2022 from 4:00 to 5:00 pm CEST.

EYRA is a prize-giving ceremony granted every two years by EuroScience to young researchers showing exceptional research achievement and leadership.

Its aim is to encourage early-career researchers to integrate a European dimension and context in their research. The European dimension in the research must be very clear, either embedded in a collaboration of researchers on European level or the research is conducted in one European country, or it addresses a research topic of European dimension. The selection of three finalists has been made by the international EYRA Committee appointed by the EuroScience Board.

The winners will be rewarded with a certificate, get free participation to ESOF and a grant covering travel and accommodation costs as well as one year free EuroScience Membership!
