Prominent Polish architects speak with delight about the MCK. The solutions used are impressive, combining post-industrial aesthetics with functional design and the masterful use of form decomposition by cutting the building with an irregularly shaped gap, creating a valley covered with greenery, with roofs descending to the ground.

The seamless integration of the facility into the architectural fabric of the city, near large-scale buildings of the Culture Zone, such as Spodek, NOSPR or the Silesian Museum, gives this part of the city a unique, modern and at the same time naturally green character. The richness of form, colour uniformity and ecological finishing materials: noble wood, glass and steel symbolically connect the facility with its surroundings and attract residents and tourists who admire the city panorama from here.

The nature, area and capacity of the MCK facilities ensure the possibility of organizing significant events and more intimate meetings of various nature. The place combines congress, conference, exhibition, fair and entertainment functions. The facility will accommodate 15,000 users and, together with the neighbouring Spodek, constitutes one of the country's largest arenas for congresses, exhibitions, entertainment and sports events.
