The role of the Steering Committee is to make crucial decisions concerning primarily the event’s programme, organisation, budget, stakeholder involvement, risk management, and many more.

The Programme Committee provides support to the Steering Committee. Its task is to draft a detailed programme for the conference. The backbone of the Committee is formed by Vice-Rectors for Research of each university in the Consortium and the invited representatives of Polish and international institutions related to science.

The Media Committee is an advisory committee whose task is to ensure proper media reach of the conference and its programme. It is made up of members proposed by the Steering Committee. They are mainly editors, journalists, and people involved in media and PR.
